Installation Timeline

Monday Nov 10-Tuesday Nov 11: Removal on floors 1-4 and stairs.

Tuesday Nov 11-Friday Nov 14: Installation on floors 1-4 and stairs. Usually our installers will start on the top floor and work their way down, then move onto stairs.

This installation schedule may change – please check back for any updates.

We have finished installation on the 1st and 2nd floors. Installation is about half-finished on the 3rd floor. Tomorrow our crew will be installing on the 4th and 5th floors. Target completion date is Saturday.

We may have to return next week to finish installing carpet base in some hallways. We are currently waiting for the remainder of the carpet base to come from the finishing company and expect it to arrive mid-next week.

We are continue with the floor levelling. Equalizers are being installed in all doorways of fire doors. Levelling will be wrapping up soon and we will move onto carpet installation.

Installation Timeline

Oct 27-29: 4^th floor removal and installation

Oct 29-31: 3^rd floor removal and installation

Oct 31-Nov 4: 2^nd floor removal and installation

Nov 4-6: 1^st floor removal and installation

Nov 6-7: Stairs removal and installation

During the installation on your floor, we will be working on the matting outside the elevator. You will not have access to your floor through the elevator during this time.

The removal of carpet and pad on the 1st-5th floors is now complete. Today we will begin to remove the tack strips along the perimeter of the halls, remove the carpet in the stairwells and begin to prep the floors for installation. Carpet installation will begin shortly. We will update once floor prep has been completed.
