New carpet was installed in the townhome rec. room earlier this week. Here are the final results:

Installation of carpet in the hallways and lobbies is ongoing. Here are a couple of photos of the completed hallways in Building A.

Monday October 24th – Thursday November 3rd

• Carpet removal and installation will be done floor by floor beginning on the 3rd floor and then moving down from there
• Office, recreation room, and stairs will be completed last

Friday November 4th – Tuesday November 15th

• Carpet removal and installation will be done floor by floor beginning on the 3rd floor and then moving down from there
• Office, recreation room, and stairs will be completed last

Material is arriving this week and we will be confirming the official tear out date tomorrow.  The installer team will be headed up by Ali Nasihi, a very talented installer whose skills we have great confidence in. Notes on the installation will be posted in the lobby for residents to view.
