The lead installer of our on-site installation crew is Baljot. Feel free to say hello to him and the crew.

**Your patience is greatly appreciated during the installation and disruption in your building as we ask you to avoid the areas our team is working on. Please avoid the stairwells while carpet is removed as the tackstrips will be exposed. Our guys are working hard to get this renovation done as quickly and efficiently as possible. **

MIRA Floors & Interiors is excited about completing the installation of new flooring in your hallways and stairwells.

**Please on hallways removal dates for your building we ask that you will be able to open your door when our installers are working so that they can remove your threshold. If you are unable to be home please leave your keys with a neighbour or leave note on your door of who to contact**

Schedule:

• Nov 18 9am-5pm Returning to install meeting room  in Phase 1 and replace defective pieces in Phase 1 & 3. Also, we will come back on  to reinstall any remaining thresholds. If units do not provide access on this date, there will be an additional charge for any return trips made at a later date. The units we have listed for this are as follows:
