The installers will be completing the 4th floor today and will begin the tear out of the 3rd floor. We plan to complete the 3rd floor Monday/Tuesday. Removal of the 2nd floor carpet will likely happen on Tuesday.

We are completing the fourth floor installation. Hope that you are enjoying the design transformation of the flooring!

As some of you may have noticed, the previously glued down broadloom carpet is taking significant effort to remove, prepare, and clean for install. We apologize for the need to use large disposal bags and cleaning tools (though it is temporarily a construction site) and ask for your patience as we move through the project. We are pleased with the finished result, as seen above and want to ensure this additional scraping is done thoroughly.

Just a reminder that we are excited to begin the flooring project at Elements as of tomorrow.  As mentioned previously, we will try to minimize disruption to your day by working on 1 floor at a time.  As there is adhesive that is required (it is low VOC) please do though show caution when exiting your unit.  Thank you in advance!  Above is an image of the style / colour of carpet  your building will receive with this project.

New carpet was installed in the townhome rec. room earlier this week. Here are the final results:
