Some carpet base has yet to be installed. The remaining carpet base will arrive on Monday December 8th and we will likely install on December 9th. Once the carpet base has been installed, the job will be 100% complete.

Shoebase in the lobby has been installed and Bernie is working on painting. The remaining carpet for the stairwells will arrive this Friday with the installation starting again on Monday. Our hope is to complete the installation by the end of the day on Tuesday.

We are currently waiting on a shipment of carpet to complete the stairwells and the carpet base. Unfortunately this carpet was delayed in production but is expected to arrive mid-end of next week. We will schedule the installation in the remaining areas as soon as possible.

We have finished installation on the 1st and 2nd floors. Installation is about half-finished on the 3rd floor. Tomorrow our crew will be installing on the 4th and 5th floors. Target completion date is Saturday.

We may have to return next week to finish installing carpet base in some hallways. We are currently waiting for the remainder of the carpet base to come from the finishing company and expect it to arrive mid-next week.

We are continue with the floor levelling. Equalizers are being installed in all doorways of fire doors. Levelling will be wrapping up soon and we will move onto carpet installation.
