After yesterday’s installation on the 1st floor, the carpet installation is now complete!

Carpet installation is complete on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Most installation is complete on the 1st floor, except for a small area where they edges of the carpet were not fully adhered. For this area, we have ordered another piece of carpet from the supplier. It will arrive on June 23rd and we will install it on June 24th. We thank you for patience in this matter.

We have revised the schedule to deal with the carpet that is been laid but not stretched in on the third floor.

Friday June 6: Finishing third floor carpet installation

Monday June 9 – Wednesday June 11: Second floor carpet installation

Thursday June 12 – Monday June 16: First floor carpet installation

Tuesday June 17 – Thursday June 19: Carpet installation on stairs

Currently the carpet has been laid but not stretched in on the third floor and will be in the way of doorways. This is being resolved as quickly as possible to in order to keep the installation progressing. Our goal is to resolve this by end of day today. Please use caution until this is rectified.

Please note that this timeline is an estimate and is subject to change. We will keep you updated on any changes. Currently all carpet has been removed.

Thursday June 5 – Friday June 6: Carpet installation on all stairs.

Monday June 9 – Wednesday June 11: Third floor carpet installation

Thursday June 12 – Monday June 16: Second floor carpet installation

Tuesday June 17 – Thursday June 19: First floor carpet installation

The issues you may notice in the front lobby are currently being handled. An inspection is being scheduled and we will update you with a date.
