**Your patience is greatly appreciated during the installation and disruption in your building as we ask you to avoid the areas our team is working on. Please avoid the stairwells while carpet is removed as the tackstrips will be exposed. Our guys are working hard to get this renovation done as quickly and efficiently as possible. **

**Please on hallways removal dates for your building we ask that you will be able to open your door when our installers are working so that they can remove your threshold. If you are unable to be home please leave your keys with a neighbour or leave note on your door of who to contact**

- Sep 10-15 Installation of Hallways and Stairs
Phase 2: 3733 Norfolk St, Burnaby
- Sep 19-20 Removal of Carpet
- Sep 21-27 Install of Hallways and Stairwells
Phase 3: 3183 Esmond Ave, Burnaby
- Oct 3-5 Removal of Carpet
- Oct 6-14 Installation of Hallways and Stairwells

Oct 5 Installers are finishing with the removal and installing the underlay in the hallways and stairwells.

Sep 19 Removal underway at Phase 3. Threshold Removal to take place tomorrow as per Notice Sep 20.
