MIRA Floors & Interiors is excited about completing the installation of new carpet tile in your common hallways.
Please remove the front wood threshold to your unit prior to Monday August 15th. The thresholds are held in place by two screws that can be removed with a drill or screwdriver. If you need assistance removing the threshold, our installers can provide assistance between 9am – noon on Monday morning.

The proposed installation schedule is below. It is subject to change
Aug 15: Carpet removal on floors 4-1 and stairs
Aug 16: Carpet removal on stairs and floor prep on all floors
Aug 17: Carpet tile installation floors 4&3
Aug 18: Installation on floor 3&2
Aug 19: Installation on floors 2&1
Aug 22 & 23: Carpet installation in the stairwells

During installation and floor prep phases, patching compound and glue need time to set. When opening your door, please look to confirm that there is no wet glue or cement outside your door. If there is glue or cement, our team will be within talking distance on your floor and can advise you on the next steps.
