Welcome to the job blog for the West Point Villa Building! Our goal during the installation is to make the process as smooth and pain-free as possible. **Your patience is greatly appreciated during the installation and disruption in your building as we ask you to avoid the areas our team is working on. Please avoid the stairwells while carpet is being removed and installed. Our guys are working hard to get this renovation done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
** Schedule – Please note the schedule posted below is a guideline only and we will try to keep it updated as we install:
- Jan 3-5: Carpet in Stair Wells/Landings
- Jan 6: We will need access to units’ thresholds from 9-11am
**We will be removing and reinstalling the units’ thresholds between 9am-11am on Thursday January 6th. We ask that you be available to open your door when our installers are working so they can reinstall your threshold. If you are unable to be home please leave keys with a neighbour or leave a note on your door of who to contact. If units do not provide access on this date, there will be an additional charge for any return trips made at a later date.
