I am Kelsey Van Dam, an Account Manager at MIRA Floors. My role during the carpet installation is to make the process as smooth and pain-free as possible. Installation Timeline for Building 7151

Please note that this timeline is an estimate and is subject to change. We will keep you updated on any changes.

Thurs January 8 – Fri January 9: Baseboard removal by our installer Sorin.

Mon January 12 – Tues January 13: Carpet removal on all floors. All thresholds need to be removed by residents for this date.

Tues January 13 – Wed January 21: Carpet installation starting on 3rd floor and working down. Stairs will be installed last.

We are now finished the carpet installation in Building 7171. Thank you for allowing us in your space. We appreciate your patience during the installation and looking forward to doing the installation in the final building.

Installation is moving along quickly in building 7171. Our installers expect to be complete by end of tomorrow (Tuesday).

Installation on the 1st floor is now complete. Floor prep is complete on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We are working on installation on these floors now.

Our targeted completion is early next week.
